  1. While attuned to the artifact, the user can cast the True Strike cantrip at will, as if a 20th level caster.
  2. While attuned to the artifact, the user can cast the Vicious Mockery cantrip at will, as if a 20th level caster.
  3. Unique effect determined by DM that is roughly equal to the 107 other powers described here.

  1. Wall of thorns — 2 times/day
  2. Weapon damage is +2 hit points
  3. Wind walk — 1 time/day
  4. Wizard eye — 2 times/day
  5. Word of recall — 1 time/day
  6. X-ray vision — 2 times/day
  7. While attuned to the artifact, one of your ability scores (DM’s choice) increases by 2, to a maximum of 24.
  8. While attuned to the artifact, you regain 1d6 hit points at the start of your turn if you have at least 1 hit point.
  9. When you hit with a weapon attack while attuned to the artifact, the target takes an extra 1d6 damage of the weapon’s type.
  10. While attuned to the artifact, your walking speed increases by 10 feet.
  11. While attuned to the artifact, you can use an action to cast one 4th-level spell (chosen by the DM) from it. After you cast the spell, roll a d6. On a roll of 1–5, you can’t cast it again until the next dawn.
  12. As 51–60 above, except the spell is 5th level.
  13. As 51–60 above, except the spell is 6th level.
  14. As 51–60 above, except the spell is 7th level.
  15. While attuned to the artifact, you can’t be blinded, deafened, petrified, or stunned.
