HAUNT's Arachnos Beach Party
Saturday February 4th 2006 5 PM EST ( 11 PM London GMT / 2 PM PST)
Location: The Golden Giza Casino, St. Martial Island, COV Guardian server
Are you tired of endless missions? Do you need a break from taking over the world? Do you want a chance to be truly infamous among your peers? HAUNT is here to help.
We've already cleared it with Lord Recluse. It's time for the residents of the Rogue Islands to let their hair down. It's time to show off your social prowess. It's time for a super powered Beach party.
This upcoming Saturday, February 4th at 5 PM EST, HAUNT is throwing it's traditional Beach party for those loyal to Arachnos.
Here's the rules.
You'll need to:
1. Tune in to W00t radio as they DJ the event live. Fun and music is provided for you at: http://www.w00tradio.net/ .
2. Bring your Beach wear. This is a beach party. Your character should dress for the surf and sand.
3. BYOB. As long as you are of age, we are actually daring you to get sloshed. If not, vast quantities of caffeine shall call too you.
4. Bring your sunscreen. There is no sense getting an e-sunburn.
5. Bring your favorite munchies. If you are in doubt, or if your fridge is empty, pizza places in your area should have delivery.
6. Have a blast. You should be prepared to have a lot of fun.
We'll have:
1. Pier diving will be going on off the Golden Giza. Be advised, belly flops do hurt from that height.
2. Swimming
3. An open dance floor, granted by the Golden Giza
4. Various duels in the Arena, granted by the Golden Giza. You should feel free to Smash at will.
5. Random drunken Warburg fun runs, designated driver shuttles provided by Archanos
6. Private side parties will be going on inside various secret Villain Super Group bases on site. Please be careful not to drink and port, we'd like you to re-materialize alive...
7. A best bathing suit contest, for guys, girls, and monsters separately, each with a one million infamy Grand Prize. This event will start around 7 PM EST.
8. A tipsy Bikini and Boxer raid on Siren's Call, with the goal of flipping the server for Arachnos. We'll also be toilet papering the Paragon base. By order of Lord Recluse, any Paragon City defenders caught resisting will be given massive super powered wedgies. This event will start around 8 PM EST. War shuttle designated drivers will be drafted by Arachnos.
9. Whatever else our friends and allies can creatively come up with.
So, my fellow Paragons of COV, here is the official invite and shout out. You can be there or be square. It's time for the masters of disaster to come to the biggest bash on the Rogue Islands ever.
We'll place a wall of fame and wall of shame for the greatest toons of the event, on our website at www.ghost-pa.com. Be prepared to be well known. Be prepared to make history.
After all, we can make you more than famous. We can make you infamous….
