Having a high metabolism is weird. I ate a crazy unhealthy and huge amount of food for like 2 years in high school and never excercised. Ended up 5'10" and 125 pounds, in other words, skinny as hell.
My sister was the same and I remember the doctor asking my Mom if she had been eating properly lol.

Hello, I'm a PT that recently got into the rabbit hole. To simplify, knocked knee can be decreased if you strengthen your glutes/butt and/or stretch groin muscles. Doing this action will help the hip rotate outwards more. One good exercise would be lateral squats/crab walking sideways with a resistance band.
