A-chan
A-chan wasn't originally a Vtuber, but one of the original big 3 people to start Hololive, under Cover Corp. She did so with her friend Tokino Sora, Hololive's first Vtuber, and the president Motoaki Tanigo (Yagoo). She has since launched her own Vtuber personality and started working on her own.

There was a Vtubing scene that existed before Myth in the west, but it was incredibly small compared to what would follow Myth's explosive success in the West.
