I'll end this thread with a sad graduation.   The lady behind Nanashi Mumei's character ended up with a career ending health issue due to chronic coughing that she wasn't able to find proper help with in modern medicine.   Her voice box was being damaged and she made the decision to graduate.   In her case, she will probably never truly resurface in a different character.   She never wanted to cut her career short in the first place.

She had a short graduation stream because of this.  The back lights at the end are the other girls coming in to serve as her back up vocals.   Myth, Promise, Advent and then Justice, they then all sing with her as a chorus.
